Understanding HIV
Knowledge is power; the more a person is aware of the facts of sexuality transmitted infections (STI) they will be able to protect themselves and stay safe. Blank research states that ¼ people get a STI at least once in their lifetime. However, most patients are surprised and horrified when they receive the diagnoses. Sexually active adults have confidence and assume that they will not become a statistic. Protection and prevention are possible through education.
There are many different types of STIs. Some of the most common forms of STIs include:  genital herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis. Antibiotics can be used to treat some cases such as herpes, however some infections such as Human human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) have no permanent cure. STIs are transmitted through direct contact with contaminated bodily fluids from someone who has already been infected. Fluids that carry the infection are: blood, urine, saliva and seman. Healthcare professionals take precautions such as rubber gloves, gowns and masks when bodily fluids are unsecured. Sexualy active adults and teens can also learn to take precautions such as wearing a condom or limiting the amount of sexual partners.
This paper will focus on HIV, one of the most debilitating STIs. one of the most catastrophic aspects of HIV is that, at this time, it cannot be cured. It can be managed and treated to mitigate the damage and symptoms, but once a person contracts this virus they will struggle with it and be a carrier for life. This infection is commonly known as HIV, which is an acronym for Human Immunodeficiency Virus. HIV attacks a person's immune system by targeting the CD4 cells that play an important role in the adaptive immune system. This damage to the immune system makes the body weaker and  are r for releasing t-cells, white blood cells that fight infections. The T cells in the body help to fight off infections. Therefore, untreated HIV progresses to AIDS.

Make sure to use the phrase Opportunistic infections and infection related cancers.
leads to a deadly condition called auto infection disease more commonly refered to as AIDs leads to aids. HIV viral - what does that mean and how that is not curable. HIV triple cocktail - limits the progression of the illness, lowers the viral load. What does it mean that the blood converts. What is the difference between HIv and aids. HIV stands for human immunodeficiency virus. It is the virus that can lead to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, or AIDS, if not treated. Unlike some other viruses, the human body can’t get rid of HIV completely, even with treatment. So once you get HIV, you have it for life.
HIV attacks the body’s immune system, specifically the CD4 cells (T cells), which help the immune system fight off infections. Untreated, HIV reduces the number of CD4 cells (T cells) in the body, making the person more likely to get other infections or infection-related cancers. Over time, HIV can destroy so many of these cells that the body can’t fight off infections and disease. These opportunistic infections or cancers take advantage of a very weak immune system and signal that the person has AIDS, the last stage of HIV infection

According to the CDC, sexual intercorse is the most common method of HIV transmission in many parts of the world. Most Sexuality transmited disses are treatable with anti-biotics. Scientist did not find a cure, however it can be managed to limit the effect. The only way to prevent the spread of STI is to refrain from sexual intercorce also known as abstincence.

Introduction- what is STII a short brief discussion.
One STII in more detail: HIV.
How is infection infectiontransmitted? And how to avoid becoming an HIV carrier.
The steps one who is HIV positive should take to manage the disease, and how to avoid spreading it when conducting sexual intercorse with a partner.
What are the steps an healthy individual should take to avoid acquire STII.
Side point anal sex is considered to be a high risk for sexual behavior.  Because the anaul region is contaminated by bacteria that is excreted from the feces. Which cause diseases such as bacterial pneumonia, ear infection and bacterial meningitis. Therefore any sexual activity that involve this region can be very harmful to both partners.

Because the variation and deviation of human sexual desire have no boundaries. It is important to practice safe oral sex to reduce the risk for STII’s. There are many ways to practice safe vaginal sex, oral sex, and anal sex.
Vaginal safe sex: before having vaginal sex, both partners should be honest with each other about their sexual and medical history. If one is not comfortable sharing this information they should avoid secula inturcorse. A water base lubricant latex condom should be used for exual intercourse. Condoms reduce the risk for STII’s and pregnancy but they are not 100% effective. If pregnancy is not desired one should use other forms of contraception, such as: birth control pills or IUD.
Oral safe sex: avoid oral sex with open sores, cuts, and broken skin in the mouth or genital area. If one of the partners has an active sexual transmitted infection, such as: genital herpes or genital warts. Wait at least 30 minutes after brushing the teeth, flossing the teeth or having dental work before performing oral sex. Always wear a latex condom, female condom, or a dental dan. Withdraw the penis from the sexual partner's mouth prior to ejaculation.
Safe anal sex: a water base lubricated latex condom when the secual activity is involved with penetration of the anus. As well as, the anus should be cleaned very well prior to any sexual activity that involves the anus.
